Exhibit Reservations
Refunds are granted as follows: 90% if cancelled by Aug 11; 50% if cancelled by Sept. 1; 0% if cancelled after Sept. 1.  Registrations that are not paid for or confirmed cancelled within 14 business days of the event will be held responsible for the entire amount of the exhibit fee.

  • Each 10’x10’ booth space includes: one 6’ white top/black skirted table; two chairs; 8’ black back drop; 3’ high black divider curtains on each side (certain exceptions based on booth placement); and a sign with the exhibitor name and booth number.
  • Payment must be received by July 31, 2017 to qualify for “Early Bird” pricing.
  • Utilities must be ordered through Century II Exhibitor Services at an additional expense.
  • Booth decor may be ordered through Henry Helgerson Company, at an additional expense. 

To be included in the Exposure event program, registration and payment must be received by Sept. 1, 2017.

Exhibitor Planning Timeline

Stay on track with your exhibit plans!

By July 31
   □ Pay early to select a prime booth location.
   □ Set your goals for the show.
   □ Send “save the date” email encouraging clients/customers to attend Exposure.
   □ Design and order your booth display.

Aug. 4
   □ Attend an Exhibitor Orientation, 8-9:30 a.m. at the Chamber.

By Aug. 7 
   □ Determine staffing needs for the show and be sure a training session is on their calendars.
   □ Set lead management system and communicate to staff. Who is responsible for tracking leads?
   □ Order giveaways for booth/print collaterals for booth handouts.
   □ Develop pre-promotion plan, including emails, flyers, inserts, etc.
   □ Promote show in your mailings, website, social media, email signatures, etc.
   □ Start gathering all booth materials, handouts, giveaways, etc.

Aug. 9
   □ Attend an Exhibitor Orientation, 3:30-5 p.m. at the Chamber.

By Aug. 18
   □ Continue to promote show in your mailings, website, social media, email signatures, etc.
   □ Gather all booth needs, materials, support props, door prizes, etc. 
   □ Conduct training for those staffing your booth.
   □ Prepare/gather any follow-up information you plan on sending to hot prospects after the show.
   □ Confirm that all giveaways and collateral are ready for show.

Sept. 1
□ Prize Give Away Form due to the Chamber. Drawings for prizes are conducted at an Exhibitor’s booth/tabletop. Prizes with a value of $100 or more will be included in pre-show promotions.

Sept. 14
   □ Attend the Exhibitor Mixer, 4-6 p.m.

Sept. 21
Utilities order form (for electricity) due to Century II for best pricing.
Booth décor order form due to Helgerson Company for best pricing.
□ Assemble an “exhibitor toolkit” of extra supplies, breath mints, business cards, extension cord, etc.
□ Register to attend the Sunrise Scrambler Breakfast at 8 a.m. on Sept. 28 ($15 attendance fee).
□ Send email telling clients/customers at what booth number your company will be located.
Sept. 27
   □ Move in during your specified time to make sure to allow yourself time to round up any last minute items.

Sept. 28
   □ Attend the Sunrise Scrambler Breakfast from 8-9:30 a.m ($15 attendance fee).
   □ Enjoy the show by scheduling adequate breaks to relax and visit other exhibitors.

Post show
   □ Follow up on leads.
   □ Review goals from show and take notes for 2018.
   □ Reserve booth space for 2018 to take advantage of early registration prices.

Exhibitor Forms

Century II Utilities Order Form | Use this form to order electricity, hard-line Internet, forklift, etc. 
Helgerson Order Form | Use this form to order furnishings (tables, carpet, chairs, etc.) for your booth space.

Door Prize Form
Door prizes help attract qualified leads and serve to promote your business! If your door prize is under $100 in value, we encourage you to promote it in your pre-show marketing and from your booth the day of the show.  

If your door prize is valued at $100 or more, fill out the form below by Friday, Sept. 1 to be included in the pre-show marketing.

The Chamber will provide marketing support by promoting your door prize in pre-show marketing, including on the Exposure website, the Wichita Eagle special publication and in the event program. 

You will conduct your door prize drawing at your exhibit and be responsible for following up with the winner to award the prize.

Exhibitor Move-In Process

Booth Exhibit Schedule on Sept. 27
Booths 901-1037 | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Booths 500-838 & 1200s | Noon - 5 p.m.
Booths 100-419 | 2:00 - 5 p.m.

Booths need to be set by 5 p.m. on Sept. 27!!

The Expo Hall will be locked at 6 p.m. on Sept. 27. Security will be on-site until 7 a.m. on Sept. 28.

If you have an over-sized exhibit or an automobile please contact Rachel Douglass at 316-268-1129 for special move-in timing and instructions.

Booth Exhibit Schedule on Sept. 27
Tabletop set-up will be 7:30-9:30 a.m. on *Sept. 28 (show day). If you’d like to move-in on the 27th, you are welcome to do so.

*Note: Only the east attendee doors will be open for move-in on Sept. 27.  

Attendance Info

Attendance is free but a ticket is required.

Attendees must abide by the stated attendance policy:
Product/service demonstration or solicitation of business, including but not limited to literature distribution by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Show management has the sole discretion and right to immediately remove violator(s) from the event area.

Exposure is for business professionals. Please no luggage carts, strollers, wagons or children under 18. Show management reserves the right to ask attendees to leave the show floor.

Parking & Directions

Exposure is held at Century II Convention Center, 225 W. Douglas, in downtown Wichita.

Free parking is available at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium with FREE shuttle service every 7-10 minutes.

Metered parking is available in the Century II parking lot.

Exhibitor FAQ

When can I move in my booth display? 
To ensure availability of loading docks and handcarts, the 2017 Booth Move-in Schedule is as follows on Wednesday, September 27, 2017:

  • Booths #900-1200s move in beginning at 10 a.m.
  • Booths #500-838 move in beginning Noon
  • Booths #100-419 move in beginning at 2 p.m.

Booths must be in place and ready by 5 PM on September 27.

Expo Hall will close at 6 p.m. on Sept. 27. Security will be on premises from 6 p.m. until 7 a.m. on September 28.

  • Vehicles | Please contact Rachel Douglass at 316-268-1127 for special move-in instructions.
  • If your booth is a large scale display, please contact Rachel Douglass to coordinate your move-in process.

Tabletop exhibitors are welcome to move in beginning at 3 p.m. on Sept. 27 but are not required to move in that day. Tabletop exhibits may set up on Sept. 28 beginning at 7:30 a.m. Exhibits must be ready by 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28.

I need electricity and carpet, how do I get these items?
Electricity can be ordered directly through Century II.  

Booth decorations such as carpet, extra tables, draping, or greenery can be ordered through Henry Helgerson Co. 

Please note there are special deadlines to return these forms for best pricing!

What comes with my booth purchase? 
Included with each 10'x10' booth price is a booth sign with your registered exhibitor name, an 8’ back drop and 3’ high divider curtain on each side, one 6’ skirted table and two chairs. Several standard booths will have one side that is the 8' backdrop of an endcap booth. Pipe and draping will be black.  

Electricity must be ordered from Century II Convention Services at an additional expense. Exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and power strips. Order early to save money! Rates go up if ordered the day of the show.
