Join us July 27 to learn about the upcoming program and mingle with:

* Roundtable facilitator, Brett Andrews, Dean of the Newman University School of Business

* Manufacturers who participated in the first cohort in 2016-2017. Hear their perspective on the program.

Roundtable partner organizations - Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mid-America Manufacturing Technology Center  (MAMTC), Wichita Manufacturers Association, Greater Wichita Partnership, Wichita Area Technical College, SBA Wichita

 

ROUNDTABLE OVERVIEW

The Manufacturers Roundtable will allow Chief Executive Officers and other senior level managers to share insights, gain information and share experiences in order to help each member organization succeed. This is for leaders interested in leveraging the knowledge of their peers in order to help grow their own companies. Four quarterly half-day sessions will include discussion on labor, risk, strategy and crisis management. Up to 15 participants will be selected for the Roundtable. Participation fee for the four quarterly half-day Roundtable sessions is a total of $1,000. A 10% will apply for members of the Chamber and the Wichita Manufacturers Association. Dates for sessions will be determined based on the selected participant's availability.

Participation in the informational session on July 27 is free. 

 

ROUNDTABLE MEMBER SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates are selected from a variety of manufacturing industries according to key factors, such as:

  1. Position held is CEO or senior level manager in their organization
  2. Over $2 Million in annual revenue
  3. 10 or more employees
  4. Growth oriented
  5. Willingness to return a survey after completion of the Roundtable program
  6. Ready to make a commitment to maintain confidentiality on information shared by other Roundtable participants

 

PROGRAM TIMELINE

July 27, 2017 - Information Session

August 1, 2017 - Applications due (Apply HERE)

August 4, 2017 - Participants notified of acceptance

September 12, 2017 - Session One held at the Chamber, 350 W. Douglas. Future sessions dates will be selected based on participant availability.
