This is a Members only event.  The event provides the opportunity for attendees to meet one-on-one in five-minute rotations to describe their respective businesses, exchange business cards and pass on referrals. Whether a new member or an existing member getting more engaged with the Chamber, this is an excellent opportunity to connect with other business professionals in a friendly, personal environment.  Maximum representation of two attendees per organization who must rotate together.

The Sunrise Scrambler is an excellent opportunity to enjoy an early morning breakfast and business program. Attendees to these monthly breakfasts can meet other business people in the community and gain information on topics pertaining to today's business world from guest speakers. Refund Policy:
The Chamber’s policy is to require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber events due to commitments to our vendors. If you cannot attend, we welcome substitutions, so please send an alternate from your company. Unless otherwise stated on registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for an event registration you are unable to attend is two business days before the event. Chamber event reservations not kept, or cancelled less than two business days prior to the event, will not be eligible for a refund, and will be billed if they have not yet been paid. Please call 316-265-7771 with any questions regarding the cancellation policy.
Overpayments: The Chamber does not issue refunds for advance payment or overpayment of membership dues, sponsorship commitments or registration fees. The amount of overpayment will be applied as a credit to the member’s account for use toward future invoices if cancelled within 14 days of payment.

Join us directly following the AMA Wichita Marketing Awards luncheon on June 21 for a 3-hour (2 PM - 5 PM) workshop with Evan Carroll & David Rendall at The Hudson. 
The workshop, Think Outside the Bowl: Creating a World-Class Experience to Drive Customer Loyalty and Advocacy, will challenge attendees to think differently about their customers and employees and do the little things that make a big difference in customer experience.

During the last fifteen years, David Rendall has spoken to audiences on every inhabited continent. His clients include the US Air Force, Australian Government, and Fortune 50 companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, United Health Group, Fannie Mae, and State Farm.

David has a doctor of management degree in organizational leadership, as well as a graduate degree in psychology. He is the author of four books:

About the Workshop:

Based on the Purple Goldfish Series of books, this workshop challenges attendees to think differently about their customers and employees and do the little things that make a big difference in customer experience. Creating change, however, is an uphill battle and not knowing how to start can stop even the best companies from moving forward. That ends here.

In this workshop, authors David Rendall and Evan Carroll will reveal the ways companies are using little things to improve customer experience and leave you with the tools to implement customer experience programs in your company. After the workshop you will be able to:

  • Achieve buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Create an action-oriented plan for success
